So I purchased a 1977 Puch Newport which at the time had the engine removed and wires cut. I was about re connect a lot of the wires but I noticed that the two wires that ran from the ignition coil to the terminal block were not present.
So I am wondering if I could just run some 14 or 16 gauge wire from the terminal block to the leads of the ignition coil? or is there a specific name for the type of wire that would match up to the end the ignition coil?
