Jawa 207 Swingarm + Swingarm Bolt Removal

IMG_20190428_133818.jpg

This is my first post on the forum. I am rebuilding my dad's 1977 Jawa Babetta 207 (Transistor 40). I've disassembled the entire bike and I'm having trouble removing the swingarm bolt. I've removed the rubber inserts (the old burn out 'em way) and I've tried several methods to push the swingarm bolt through the frame. I'm wondering if this bolt is pressed into the frame or there is some internal pin preventing it from pushing through. I've heated it up with a map gas burner for over 10 minutes, applied all sorts of lube and solvents, and it won't budge. Is there a trick to removal of thw swingarm? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Nice job. I'm not sure how to remove it. I got almost the same moped but never needed to strip it that far. Are you in Manhattan? And how did you remove the fork lock?
