I would only change out the bushing if the motor has over 7000 miles on it or if the bushing is worn out and there is too much play (piston slap). To change one out, you have to press out the old bushing, press in the new bushing, drill an oiling hole in the new bushing and ream the new bushing to specification. I've done it several times, but I have the specialized Puch dealer tools. It's not an easy thing to do correctly unless you have the proper tools. (edited)
