Just got myself a non running 1982 puch maxi. Bike supposedly ran last year. 4900 miles. Have the title. New to mopeds and figured i'd reduce my life expectancy and try to learn something . No spark yet. Working on that.
So what I think I need.
1)petcock - get rid of that rigged up jank
2)kill switch
3)spark plug cap

The strange loose wire was supposed to be grounded to bike. since fixed that
not sure the purpose of the extended wires by the brake
If anyone can direct me to a place to get parts I'd greatly appreciate it.
