Why does this ciao wiring not jive?

I'm used to seeing four wire outs plus the extra ground.

I need a spot for the HT and the four harness wires but I've only got the light port out, an ext ground and two wires out

someone changed the colors, motor side, lights out = small terminal. Black to ht and kill, blue(guessing in your case red) to brake light stuff.
