Yes # 106 plus the brass bushing is supposed to be there. But that's another story . Double check the the spacer, it may appear at first glance to be part of the shaft , just pull it, if it comes off you have the #106 spacer Tim. Dirty might be more informed, but I can't see any thing there that's a problem.
