Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me where the hose that comes off the bottom of the carburetor bowl goes to? I bought my moped in pieces and can't seem to find any information. Also when adding an inline fuel filter where is the best location. Thanks in advance.
To the carburetor
The carb drain hose should be routed toward the ground , generally in front of , but to the side , the rear wheel .
An in line filter can be installed any convenient location as long as it does not create a high point in the fuel line .
I ran a few inches of fuel line from the tank, then an inline filter, then thru the bottom tank bracket and on to the carb.
Looks like that might work . ;)
I would be somewhat concerned about how close to the head it is, although it may just be the angle of the photograph, if you download the service manual you can see the stock routing, if I can get to it I will uncover mine and have a look-see.

Mine laid on the fins of the head for years. And the one at the bottom is the overflow. It goes to the ground and there is if I recall a bendable metal wrap that secures it to the sub frame.
