actually just had a remeasure and its 17.5mm id and 19.5mm od
I did look at treats and found 3 or 4 on there that were close but not close enough although im not averse to a bit of fettling.
My other option is a different manifold...
You can make a shim, people use aluminum from beer cans a lot, cut a strip and wrap it around enough times to fill the space as needed. I personally prefer HDPE from like a milk jug, thicker, more compressible and doesn't crunch as easily so you can reuse it.

that sounds a good idea willD but HDPE only has a life expectancy of 100 years and as im in my v.late 50's the last thing I want is to die in an HDPE related accident.
I used carbon fiber tube 1mm wall to seal my manifold to silencer joint and it works perfect. but I couldn't find any the right diameter but have bought some a bit larger and will cut a tiny slot so it fits.
I will have a search for HDPE
