I think any regulator would work,

the trick is changing out to the "other" brake switches and rewiring that front harness so it runs hot to the brake switches and onto brake light bulb instead of thru ext ig ground.

just do it method:

1. find spot for regulator on frame, scratch paint off and bolt it on.

2. plug yellow from stator to first spot

2a. switch brake switches to normally off switches. both sides (or just do one side if you lazy and wire for that one side only but the brake light will light up only if you switch that one side which could be a problem or not, your call)

3. open up tail light and combine tail light ground and brake light ground.

4. send power from 2,3, or 4 prong to both brake light switches (cut and solder og harness)

5. now from the other side of switches, connect together and to positive on brake light bulb

note. all the wiring is there, it just has to be reconfigured. good luckk
