Between the difficulty described and the frankly: ugly cosmetics of the headlight and fairing many TOMOS owners, myself included, opt for changing the headlight bucket to something that takes a #1156 bulb that can be had for around $1. Check around for a CEV Tipo 105 or can even use something from a Peugeot, Motobecane or General if you keep the speedo in the black plastic dash
