Ok guys I'm having some issues trying to get this thing running. I put a stock carb on it. Moped is totally stock. I can get it to pop then it backfires I'm thinking its a timing issue but i don't know how to time it. It keeps fouling the plug out. I got great spark and fuel. let me know what u think.

Just do the basic troubleshooting for it and if that doesnt work dive into the deeper stuff. But A lot of the time its something in there.
backfire is usually timing...
