Moby 50v Starter clutch issues

Trevor "Scraps" Arms /

The moby I just picked up is having some starting issues, so i grabbed a vario -puller and took a look inside.

What I found was a large bracket held in place with 4 fasteners which are either badly worn star drive screws or rivets. the starter clutch pads, springs and arms are in okay shape, but slip pretty bad. I'm replacing the belt today to see if that helps any if I can't get this bracket off without breaking things.

UPDATE: i've confirmed they are indeed rivets, and some lazy ass m/f riveted this beefy bracket last time the started clutch was serviced.

Screws attach the bracket from the back side.
