vespa points arcing / condensor...what else?

Hey Moped Millitants

I've been fighting Vespa ghosts and think I finally cornered the bitch. I looked in the peep hole while engine is running and my points are doing some type of firework show(spark is visible, jumpy, and inconsistent). I can throw on a different condenser..I've got some new points laying around here too. Before I start the basics:

What's the other causes for arcing points?
