Any bicycle store will have them. All the different sizes too. Buy local.

Most likely 9mm, don't use nut to pull it in place, tap it in with a wood block and hammer. Then tighten nut, they strip easily . I stripped one and drilled it and pinned it with a different type cotter pin.

9mm deff. I had to buy some myself before. Any bike shop will have them.
