Head gasket from kit bent and chewed up -- is it salveagable?

I bought this Suzuki FA50 45mm cylinder kit from ebay, you can see what the head gasket looks like yourself. It's pretty bent out of shape. Would it be a bad idea to go ahead and use it? My moped's been out of commission for a month now, it sucks :(

It should work fine, its not bent where seal is.

Where's my water? /

Should be fine maybe? I got a simple kit from treats and the head gasket was bent... not quite as much as yours, but if you just carefully try to bend it back a little bit, and make sure it goes on right, it should flatten-out properly. Make sure you know your engine's torque specs for the head nuts...

Alternatively, no head gasket supposedly gives higher compression :P mating surfaces have to be super flat, though.

Thanks guys! I'll let you know how it goes.

I heard that actually! I don't know if I trust it to be that flat though :s
