Freeing up a stock E50 crank.

Anyone have any good ideas or suggestions for freeing up a stiff stock E50 crank? I have three sitting on my workshop shelf that are in good shape and just need some lubrication to help them along. Any special tips, tricks or methods to maybe making them usable again? THANKS!!

Even if you free them up there's rust on the needle bearings and even if you soak in evaporust to remove it the crank will fail on you

The big end needle bearings need to be a smooth and polished surface.

If the rest of the crank is rust free then send it out and have a new Needle bearing con rod pressed in
