RIP clutch - kinetic tfr - please help a newbie

The clutch looks like it completely melted and now is seized. What replacement part do I need? I don't know where to get this and I have searched everywhere.

what in the holy god did someone do to that??? bolt on cardboard cover? the clutch parts are all there, those allen bolts and whatever type of strange leather material is bolted down with it is absolutely not supposed to be there.

Re: RIP clutch - kinetic tfr - please help a newbie

those arent allen bolts they look like grommets from a cover but the kietics dont have one technically. they only have the long plastic side covers

looks like the clutch pads were gone a long time ago and it was straight metal on metal. look how far those metal clutch pads shaved down the bell. thats quite crazy.

looks like an earlier model, vespa clutch should fit, if not swap to a vespa crank so it does.
