Puch maxi, clutch tuning issues. slow from stop

Hey there, been working on a puch maxi, tuning little by little. jetting is set, throttle is great. Wasnt taking off well, went to check the clutch (stock 2 shoe) and the shoes/pads were pretty shot. I replaced them with some basic shoes from treats.... I can feel it sliping and then catching, ive tried 5 different spring adjustments. could i have some other issue? new clutch entirely? oil in the clutch is to factorty specs (puch manual) . any ideas??

use the fish scale method to get your clutch tuned...use blue springs if you can...

Overpriced Parts /

Aftermarket shoes suck .

Stock 2 shoe clutch, kickstart springs a few turns in from flush and 0w20 synthetic motor oil over filled a oz or two should do you fine
