Puch lighting issue

I dont know if american puch maxi lighting is exactly the same as i see a lot of enormous rear light cases on american mopeds, but i have the problem that my rear lightbulbs keep burning through.

I currently use 12v3w bulbs which work better than the normal 6v ones but they still break after a few days of riding.

Any thoughts on what to do?
