I've got a pretty nasty problem with my transmission, on a 1979 MP-9; the gear lock is broken, and needs to be replaced entirely. I have included a pic of a good transmission with the part that is broken on mine circled. (courtesy of google images) Currently, KreidlerOriginal is closed, and given that my ped is my only method of travel (beyond walking), I'd like to try and get the part sooner rather than later. Also, if you have an extra outer transmission gasket, that would be excellent. Any advice, Doug?
