that puch is sort of an ideal resto / build project.

it's not your first moped, but the same rules apply.

2 main things to consider, do you have, want to put the time into rebuilding that?

what will the parts cost to rebuild it.

tetriary issue is does the ped come with a title, some states that adds a huge expense compared to the cost of parts.

previous posters are correct, better to hold out for "complete and unmolested" ( i dislike peds other people modified / molested)

but as far as resto projects, not many others are easier to acquire parts for.

good time to do homework, price parts, etc. no hurry to buy it i hope.

prob be a better deal for someone sitting on a pile of parts.

shipping costs to everything you'll need will be a hidden cost.

maybe lurk the buy / sell forums and get an idea what the bottom line will be.
