103 has oil leaking from its SHA hole?

I have oil leaking from my SHA carb out of the air intake. It's not noticeable when riding and doesnt seem to affect performance but when I park it in the living room it stains my wife's nice new area rug.

Any idea what maybe causing this?

Thanks,

Brent Braun

Jimbo Grand Daddy /

It's not uncommon to get a little blowback through the carb. Mopeds are oily, messy devices.

It's just what happens, put an aircleaner on it, otherwise...live with it...it's two-stroke.life

So I guess what your saying is no more storing the Pug in the living room? WTF I've been telling my wife it's art and a conversation piece.

Any recommendations on air cleaners for my SHA?

inconsideration.

i'm a big advocate for starting peds indoors, for those cold winter rebuilds when you can't work outside, but you're just being inconsiderate.

you need to shut off the petcock when close to the house, let the ped run out of gas.

then wipe the ped down, keep a rag near the door you bring the ped in with.

typically a rag or cookie sheet under the ped will keep the wife happy, but taking such poor care of your ped is just wrong.
