Hey, so i have had a 102sp U3 for probably 4 years now and it has barely ever run. Initially it ran but not very powerfully. i thought it was the carb for a long time, then i realized the points were bad. so i switched out the points, and now the frickin thing won't start. I'm pretty sure it's a timing issue, but i can't figure out how to set it properly. When i first switched the points, i was quite ignorant about engines and did not think twice about marking the stator and flywheel so as to put the flywheel on the same again. But should that ultimately matter? There aren't any timing markings on the flywheel that i know of, and i don't have the service manual. What do you think?
