I am having a problem with the choke assembly. I am not sure how to put this together. There is a picture attached of the way I put it in there, but I don't think thats right. For some reason every time the choke is turned on a piece from the throttle locks it into place and I have to push it with a screwdriver to be able to turn the choke off.
