Tuned my clutch, now my bike dies around 6,00 RPM??

Benevolent Aroh /

Put some blue springs in my 3 Shoe clutch today. It worked ok for about a mile, then it died. After that it would consistently die around 30 MPH.

At first I though it may have been an electrical problem. Replaced the CDI, but it has to be a clutch issue. Blue springs, about 5 turns in..

I am going to pull the clutch, but any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Actually, not the clutch. I used red kote on the gas tank, it has something to do with this. Bike stalls after a few hundred yards..?

Did you make sure the petcock and the bung on the tank are not obstructed?

Yeah the gas flows fine out of the petcock. I gave the tank a week+ to dry. Ill dry a new tank of gas.
