I am missing a battery cover to a 1982 Honda Urban Express I am attempting to get back on the road. I am looking to replace this battery cover or use a suggestion for an alternative solution. Thank you. I have a picture of the battery box without the cover attached here.
take your oil tank and injection off, pre mix and plug the hole to the case and then stick the battery under the seat.
It seems that almost everyone has lost them, and they're worth their weight in gold. I just wrapped a bungee around mine.
Do you have a cover on the battery wrapped by the bungee cord? (I was thinking about doing something similar)
Hmmmm...maybe I should sell my Urban Express Deluxe battery box. Complete with lid and hardwear. Nahh....I'm greedy.
