Ok..quick update to this lame ass thread....I got new cases, bearings, seals, gaskets, tried different timings with the CDI and different carbs....it was TIMING....I trusted indexing to 1.3mm BTDC and lining up the lines...it started fine, but ate shit at revs above 2000.....went to a points setup...fired up and rode that puppy until I fouled the plug....92MJ in a sha 15mm right now. Gotta work out the bugs now...thanks to Victor, Graham, JBOT, and Rebel Moby for some good advice and especially to Graham for the WAKE UP AND GET A DAMN TIMING LIGHT YOU DUMB ASS!!! LOL
