I have a 504 that has some nasty shift shakes and struggles to shift when going up hill. I have done a bit of reading and think it's the bearings(correct me if I'm wrong). So what bearings should I get. Also I would hate to have to do this alone and fuck something up, nor do I want to take it to the shop. Anyone in the L.A. area want to help a brother out?
did you take apart to clutch to inspect and see if the clutch pads are glazed over?
Is this a single speed? That feeling of shifting gears is clutch slippage.
100 grit sand paper and a light touch, taking off the shiny shiny on the clutch plates will fix ye problem. make sure you read about the process too!
You sir are correct. And now that I'm reading about the process I'm even more sure I will fuck this up.
