Cap screw on a Sachs engine.

What size of Flathead or kind of Flathead do I need to get this damned thing off? It is damn near impossible.

This is a little vague.

I'm betting you mean the fillister head screw that hold the halves of the crankcase together.

They're torqued on there real good and you can definitely break something trying to remove them. Or...at least I did.

Then I got the best fucking tool I own.

It's called a "Manual Impact Driver"
