1979 Sachs Mechanic Needed

I have a 1979 Sachs Flying Dutchman Moped. It runs but slow, I want to take it to the next Level 45mph or better( a sleeper). I know what I want but don"t have the skillz. I got sum funds to finance a few changes. I need a good Sachs Mechanic near Riverside , Ca. Can someone recommend anyone good,

first, what model engine does it have on it? If you have a chance at 45mph, I really hope you have a 505/1D.

not a cheap build, i've got a kitted 504 1a & this is what i spent so far

70cc athena kit - $250

bing 15mm carb - $88

header pipe & chamber hack n weld - $65

assorted main jets for carb- $ 30.....still need to upjet.....need to buy a few more

a few spark plugs $10

& if your going to pay someone to do it ,add $?

& i still havent been able to dial it in .......but i will soon

I can swing the up grades but I need the Mechanic, one that can dial it all in plus they need to be near Riverside, Ca. So if you know or hear of someone good please let me know. And also I thank you for giving me a 100%... 2%lol I need all the input I can get. I love mopeds. I want a nice collection of good runners.,
