Use copper core.

Re: fiber core spakplug wires.

I've put one on my Murray and it works fine. I asked the same question a while ago on the forum and most everyone said the carbon wires work great

Re: fiber core spakplug wires.

Copper and fiber work alright on my bikes. The fat wires are a bit of a problem stuffing into some coils though.

Re: fiber core spakplug wires.

some of the guys were complaing in the cold they tend to get brittle and break

Re: fiber core spakplug wires.

You can usually grab a copper core set locally that is sold for old tractors. Fiber core wires are for noise suppression, which is not needed on a moped.

Re: fiber core spakplug wires.

Ive used fiber from the store previously. One problem you will run into, however, is you won't have the resister plug. If you have a cd, you should reconsider because the r plug should be essential :)

Re: fiber core spakplug wires.

ive never run a resistor plug in my life and have had no issues. not sure.
