I have a honda hobbit, Im having trouble getting the triple tree/ tire square to the frame. Its like I cant get the wheel any tighter, but if you hold the tire with your legs and move the handle bars the triple tree rotates.
I change out the triple tree already thinking that might be the problem, but im having the same issues.
Could it be that my frame is bent? Any ideas?

It could be that you've lost a ball bearing in the head of the forks. It could also be that moped forks are kinda flimsy anyways. Could you take a picture to demonstrate how outta whack the forks are? And how are you defining 'square'?
You don't want to lose your front wheel, to do that you would have to be very good at wheelies.
i got a friend to check it out and they say im crazy all moped forks move a little... thanx guys
