Ok, so i've been fixing up a Cady, I've already achieved spark and it seems the Cady has OK compression (haven't actually tested). I cleaned the carb recently and noticed the float bowl had a leak in it. I tried pedelling the Cady without the float bowl and it fired up a few times inconsistenly and veryy choppy and not well and the carb was leaking. But I know i got combustion which made me satisfied. I tried putting the float bowl in and it wouldn't work. I fixed the float bowl with a glue gun, and again it wouldn't start. I tried a fresh tank of 25:1 and it...wouldn't start. What could be the problem? Should I take apart the carb again, purchase a new float bowl, I buy a new Dellorto Carb?

P.S. I Tried regapping the spark plug and figured a bigger gap would make a bigger spark=better chance of igniting the engine, That didn;t work either. And I tested the spark plug on the block and it still works.

P.P.S There is no exhaust pipe
