ebay has a lot, i typed in puch scooters and got a lot of hits for tires, a lot are a complete set with 2 tires and tubes. Check out mopedwarehouse.com or mopedsonline.com, I found the best thing to do is call around and find a shop that will order them for you, and then you save on shipping and they can almost always get them the next day, so defintily try to do that.
Go to your local motorcycle shop and ask if they can order them for you.
and check the date code.
