Painting issues

Going to spray paint a gas tank, do I need to add a fuel proof coat or something similar? and no i've never painted before.

not really going to help gas eats though anyhting just when you put gas in keep a rag with you and a funel

they make rim coat i used it on my friends maxi its pretty resilient

Catalyzed polyurethane is used by auto and motorcycle factories as well as custom painters. You'll need spray equipment and safety gear. If you prep it, an auto body shop may paint it for you, for a price.

gas eats through anything but cement so rub your tank with cement lol butnut thanks for the castrol phyoless watever stuff i am doing my bike to i will ask my paint shop if they have some good luck max

I am painting it myself but i havent gotten a quote on paint yet its not going on for another moth i am doing body work now
