Hey im not getting anyaprk to the plug. I put ymhand on the wire and got no shock. I don't know what it could be the stator,the ignition, I know it's not the magneto because the horn works. but i really need help with this thanks.

mopeds have two separate magnetos, one for the lights and horn, and the other is for the ignition system. so maybe it could be the magneto, check the points to see if they are dirty or if the condenser is bad.
