OK, I specialise in sachs mopeds. There should be a black rubber kind of seel over where the cable goel in to the cluch part of the kase. If there is not one you can poot some silicone on the hole the cable goes threw. I have never had this prob but if you could post a pic that would help.

Ya, that helps you need to make sure that that black thing is up snug to the kace. I dont think the fluid would come up the cable and if it did it wouldn't leek that bad. How bad does it leak. You might have it over filled. To make sure when the bike is on it's stand on a leval surface. then un screw that little plastic nut on the couch plate the fouid should be leval with the bottom of the hole. O, you might need to replace the coutch seel to other than that I dont know good luck.

O, and by the way do you or any one you know whant to get rid of any sachs stuff??

Yes, I have the same problem with the same engine...same spot. It seems as if the caseing around the cable isn't snug. I also have put the black rubber seal against the engine as tight as I can, and it still leaks. Again, same here, I have not overfilled it to cause this leak. Is it ok to put some sealant there? also, because of this leak, my engine looks like crap ( really dirty) what do I use to clean this gunk off? Carb cleaner or just gasoline? Thanks

Clutch seel!!! sorry its the seel on the clutch cap that you screw on to the clutch it has five screws. Well I would try some siliclone but it might not work. Did you say that the fluid leeks out of where the cable meats the decompressor??

does it leek when it is not running??

If it is leeking out of where the cable meets the decompressor i don't know what to tell you other than get a new cable. Hope this helps:

You should sook in to a 70cc kit and a smaller rear sprocket it is way more fun.

do you have a breather hole somewhere that is pluged you could be building a little pressure when it running

O!!!! Ya there is a over flow hole on the cluch plait the one that has the five screws in it, it also sais Sachs on it. There is a groove ground in is to make sure that you dont over fill it. The hole is built in to the plate on the upper right corner make sure you have the clutch plate seel on right. Good luck!!

Ok, sorry didn’t see the second pic. Ya pull that ruber thing out of there quick THAT IS YOUR PROB. Ya is that doesn’t work get a new cable but that should work!!!! Sorry bout that I didnt see the second pic so i didnt know. When you pull that ruber tube out that will alow air to circulate in the clutch see the air had no where to go so it whent out the cable. I asume that you have never taken apart the coutch so sorry if i confused you, hope this helps if not tell me.

I have the same problem (Fluid Coming out the front).
