Does any one know what could be wrong. I also replaced the float needle but i keep getting the same problem. And it seems to be that the carb is not getting any fuel (gas goes into the fuel line but stops in the middle and yes i have gasline in the tank and no the petcock is not clogged. I also checked the spark plug and it was wet and black. This moped ran about on week ago. The chock is also good. When ever i take off the float bowl in is FILLED with gas.

Maybe you need to replace the float? It's rare that they fail but it's the first thing that came to mind.

tried that i'm now getting fuel into the carb but it still floods
i dont know what you checked with the float but you should check to see if your float floats in gasoline. mine didn't and the carb kept overflowing.
not sure but i replcaed it with another one and still the same thing
