I had to take the carb apart on my moped to clean it and now the long pin that sticks out the top for choke no longer springs up, How do I fix it?!?! I am pretty sure it is supposed to go up to regulate the fuel and air flow.

Is it still attached to the choke slide inside the carb? Is the choke slide in correctly? If so, it should catch on the throttle slide when you give it gas, and that'll make the choke lever (that long needle coming out of the top) pop back out. If not, then readjust the choke slide so that it's both connected to the lever and in that groove on the throttle slide.
Good luck!
