how do i assemble turn signals on a 1996 targa lx?

depends on whether they run off their own power source or need to be plugged into the bikes power source. if they plug into the bike, use the yellow wire coming from the voltage regulator and going up the wire harness.

Are you adding new signals w/o removing old ones, or are you replacing old ones? Makes a big difference, especially if the system is 6v or 12v... you should do some research first.
