Wheel squeak

When I get up to about 25 or 30 on my 2000 Targa LX the front wheel starts to make a whining noise that I'm pretty sure is associated with the bearings inside the front wheel. Is there a good way to lubricate them or a certain type of lubricant that I should use to make it stop?

Re: Wheel squeak

The bearings on your tomos are sealed so if they are no good I would replace them. Are you sure its the bearings, at one time the front brakes on my tomos were dragging just a little bit and they made a really annoying squeak when they were moving.

Re: Wheel squeak

use plain grease around the bearings (by the bolt) and make sure the brakes arent rubbing and also make sure that your fender isnt rubbing too.
