I have a 1984 honda areo 125 but i cant get it to start anymore it has spark and is getting gas to the carb but it is not getting gas to the engine and i cant figure out why, anyones help would be nice

Re: help

To get gas into the engine the carb has a float bowl full of fuel.. the fuel must then pass through tiny holes.. the carb's start / idle system has very small holes.. the main system has somewhat larger holes.

So small bits of dirt in the carburetor can block these holes prevent fuel from getting into the engine..

If you have spark and if fuel is in the float bowl and if a squirt of Starter Fluid allows the engine to run for a moment, clean the carburetor.
