Thanks for all the help. I got the spark back. It was the resistor cap that was bad. I poured a little gas in the carb and it fired right up. Now I am looking for a complete carb or the following parts by number. I attached a photo of the carb. From what I can see I need parts:

3,4,5,6,7 and 8. Any one have a old carb for parts.
