I'm running out of shoe leather. I have done all the tune up things you folks have suggested. Shaved the head , changed the plug, and bar-b-qued the muffler. The bike runs like a top now but has a lot of issues with stopping. I found all the information on what to do to improve the breaks but nothing on how to get at them. It's a 1958 malaguti and they are drum breaks . Can anyone help?
How do I get at my brakes
Re: How do I get at my brakes
Basicly pull the wheel off, remove any axle bolts on the brake drum side and the drum should come apart from the wheel. On the rear you will have to remove the chain in most cases. This will vary slightly from time to time but same idea.\
