Im having a problem with my blinkers and my headlight .. my blinkers are VERY delayed when i turn them on and sometimes dont go on at all .. also, my headlight keeps going out, but all the wires seem to be good .. i have the idle up pretty high, so can this be a battery problem? If so, where is the batterly located and how many volt is it stock? (I have a 1999 Tomos Targa LX) Thanks guys
