I have recently purchased a 1977 PUCH moped with very little miles on at a tag sale. I am looking for information on where I can purchase or find a service/repair manual for myself and my students. I am also looking for suggestion on where to start on this project (take it apart and put it back together). Any advice/experience would be greatly appreciated.

Why would you even want to take it apart if it has low miles?
Print out "Fred's Guide" in addition to the Service Manual.

Although it has low miles, it has been sitting for over 20 years. It needs tires, the gas tank is stinks like hell wiith over 25 year old left over gas and the tank looks pretty rusty inside.. the whole bike needs to be renovated. It is also a good school project. My students and I may make this bike into a chopper style.
