I am trying to get my 1994 Tomos Targa LX running. i have no clue what the problem is. i got it real cheap and i was riding it and it just stopped running. I cannot get my Tomos anywhere because i have no truck to put it in so you would have to travel here.
what ratio did you use for your gas/oil? give some details as to what happened exactly. I'm also in NJ and may be able to help you.
