i didnt know so i just took a stab at it. :)
Since severals year the relationship between Cuba and USA are broken, for this reazon the enterprises don't keep exchanges. Handy Bikes can't send the manual to cuban people.
You say you got one manual, I wonder if yoy could scan it and send me a digital copy by this way.
