Fuel coming from tiny hole on BING carb... WTF????

That's it...

i cleaned my bing carb...it was a little dirty...

and when reassembling, there is a fuel leak...

right next to the primer button...

i dont know what to do...

i thought it could be the needle valve that was stuck or something...

but i can't get to remove it...

the metal pin which holds the float is kindda stuck...

or is it removable???

please someone help...

i'm really pissed as this is my new moped and everything was fine till then

thanks

Re: Fuel coming from tiny hole on BING carb... WTF

could be a warn down float needle or a dirty one. sounds like the gas is over flowing because of the float not sealing properly. check that out

Yea its removable, it just maybe stuck. Put a little oil on it and then remove it with a pair of needle nose pliars, it should come right out

First, spray a little WD-40 on it. Then lightly tap the end of the pin with a small nail and hammer. The pin will come out. Sometimes they're hard to remove because of corrosion.
