I have a '79 Sparta that was running great. My son's friend was over the other day and played with the screw for the air/gas mix on the carb. Now it diesn't run. Any quick or easy suggestions to find out how far in/out the screw should be. Thanks for your ideas!!!!!
turn the idle screw all the way in, then out 1 1/2 turns, and see how it runs.
also listen for the increase in RPM's, then turn it back in just a bit, also buy a few plugs and notice the color of the plug
white=bad,lean -black=too rich, tanish=good to ride
